Curbside or Driveway Pickup
Agreed items can be assessed for collection from an accessible outdoor location. Confirm the pickup plan and permission to use the location before placing contents outside; public paths and access must remain usable.
Inside Carrying
Removal from a room, basement, or upstairs space can be included when the route is assessed as suitable. Stairs, door clearance, elevator access, item dimensions, and dismantling affect the quote.

A refrigerator-sized volume does not automatically qualify every item for the same price. Dense debris, heavy furniture, electronics, connected equipment, affected items, and other specialized materials may need different handling or a separate service.
Payment is due after the agreed work is complete and before the crew leaves. Any deposit for a larger job is discussed before booking.
What the Crew Handles
The agreed service includes carrying where assessed, loading, and hauling the accepted items. Loose debris created by the removal is cleared from accessible work areas. Utility disconnection, structural removal, deep cleaning, pest treatment, and repairs are separate from routine hauling.
Reuse and recycling depend on item condition and receiving acceptance. Some materials require disposal, and hazardous or unknown contents must be disclosed for review. Appointment availability is confirmed for the specific job rather than promised as same-day service.
