Ryan Drobel _{Our Founder}

Ryan isn’t your average business owner — and that’s a good thing.

He’s spent his life doing things his own way: building businesses from the ground up, training hundreds of people in fitness and nutrition, and working with his hands every step of the way. He’s owned gyms, installed window coverings, and even biked across the country (and across Europe) just for the challenge of it.

With Junk Robbers, Ryan brings that same no-nonsense, hard-working attitude to junk removal. He believes in doing things right, treating customers with respect, and showing up ready to help — every single time.

He’s not afraid of a little dirt, a heavy lift, or a tough job. What matters to him is getting things done the right way, reducing waste whenever possible, and leaving people better off than he found them.

Junk Robbers isn’t just a business to Ryan — it’s personal. Built from experience, fueled by purpose, and run with heart.

Stacy _{Our Operations Powerhouse}

Keeping Your Junk Hauling Experience Seamless

Stacy, co-owner and operations at Junkrobbers, ensures every Chicago junk removal and hauling job runs like clockwork. With a background in adventure travel, where she guided global trips for thousands, Stacy brings unmatched organization and care to scheduling, dispatching, and customer service. Since partnering with her husband, Ryan, in 2021, Stacy has transformed the chaos of Chicago junk hauling into a stress-free experience. Whether routing trucks to Lakeview or solving last-minute needs in Schaumburg, her quick thinking and warm approach make every customer feel valued.

Rafael _{Our Crew Leader}

Bringing Reliability and Heart to
Every Job

Rafael, or Rafa, is the cornerstone of Junkrobbers’ Chicago junk removal and hauling team. Hailing from Zacatecas, Mexico, this proud father and family man brings 15 years of mattress recycling experience to every job, ensuring eco-friendly Chicago junk hauling with care and precision. Rafa’s unmatched work ethic shines through in every project, from Lincoln Park cleanouts to Naperville furniture hauls. Always early, always respectful, he treats your space like his own, making the process stress-free and seamless.

Sustainability Commitment

Usable items may be directed to donation and accepted materials to recycling when their condition and receiving options allow. Remaining contents are handled through an appropriate disposal route. A reuse or recycling outcome is not guaranteed for every item.
