For a large cleanout that cannot be assessed from photos or video, we may need an on-site walkthrough before providing a price.

We accept cash and payments through Square, including credit or debit cards and the digital payment options offered at checkout. Zelle is also available; ask us for the business payment details. Payment is due when the job is complete and before the crew leaves, unless we have arranged advance payment or a deposit. Preparing for Junk Removal
Identify everything that is going, remove personal belongings from furniture, and clear a safe path to the items. Tell us about stairs, elevator reservations, parking restrictions, and any disassembly before pickup. You do not need to move heavy items outside for an in-home removal. Disclose bed bugs, mold, sharps, or other hazards before booking so we can assess the work and plan precautions.
For in-home removal, someone needs to provide access and identify the items being removed. For an agreed curbside pickup, you may not need to be present: confirm the exact location, items, and payment arrangements with us beforehand. We can text an estimated arrival time when we are on the way and send completion photos for an unattended outside pickup.
