Apartment & move-out cleanouts
Chicago apartments come with their own logistics: reserved elevators, narrow back stairs, loading zones and building managers with move-out checklists. Send us the rules and the deadline and we'll plan the carry-out around them. Single rooms, storage lockers and basement cages can be added to the same visit.

How much does a house cleanout cost?
It depends on how much there is, the number of rooms, the types of items and access. Single loads follow our standard prices: a $129 minimum, then $149 to $659 by truck space. Whole-home jobs are quoted as a project after photos or a walkthrough.
Do you come out to give an estimate?
Photos or a video are usually enough for a quote. For larger homes, we can set up a walkthrough before giving a price.
What happens to usable items?
Furniture, housewares and clothing in good condition are set aside for donation where practical, and metal and electronics are recycled. The rest goes to a licensed disposal facility.
Can you clear an apartment for a move-out?
Yes. Tell us the building's move-out rules: elevator reservations, loading times and parking. Move-out deadlines are easier to meet when you book early.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. If you can give access and a clear list of what goes, we can work while you're away. Many people prefer to be there at the start to walk through the plan.
