Clearances for Managed Properties
Landlords, property managers, condo associations, maintenance teams, and authorized representatives can arrange selected-item pickups or a larger agreed clearance. Belongings to retain and shared property are identified before loading.
Apartment Turnovers
Unwanted furniture, mattresses, and loose contents from authorized vacant units. Hauling scope is separate from cleaning, repairs, and preparing the unit for occupancy.
Bulk Pickup and Common Areas
Agreed items from designated storage, basements, trash areas, and shared spaces. Ownership and permission to remove items must be established.
Commercial and Portfolio Work
Loose office furniture, fixtures, and selected contents from managed spaces. Multiple properties or staged pickups are assessed for routes, volume, access, and scheduling.
Authorization and Building Access
The property representative confirms the items and areas authorized for clearance. Eviction, foreclosure, and abandoned-property work proceeds only after the responsible party has established authority to remove the contents; junk hauling does not determine ownership or resolve tenancy disputes.
Stairs, freight elevators, corridors, loading zones, keys, and building access windows affect the work plan. Building paperwork or Certificate of Insurance requirements are reviewed before scheduling. Availability and recurring-service arrangements are confirmed for each job.
Remote coordination may be possible when approved access and a responsible contact are arranged. Completion photos can be coordinated as part of the agreed service. Photos document hauling; they do not certify that a property is ready for occupancy.
Pricing and Completion
Price depends on item volume and weight, materials, stairs, carrying distance, loading access, and assessed dismantling. The removal scope and price are agreed before work begins; additional areas or items require agreement.
The crew tidies the cleared work area after the agreed removal. Payment is due after the agreed work is complete and before the crew leaves. Any large-job deposit is discussed before booking.
Donation and recycling depend on item condition and receiving options. Hazardous materials, pest treatment, utility disconnection, and restoration are outside routine hauling. Contaminated items and heavy construction material require assessment before acceptance.

How are apartment turnover pickups priced?

Can you use stairs or a freight elevator?
The route, item dimensions, elevator capacity, reservations, and loading restrictions are assessed. Building access must be authorized and suitable for the agreed removal.
Do you handle eviction or abandoned contents?
Authorized clearances may be assessed after the responsible party establishes its authority to remove the contents. Hauling does not resolve ownership or tenancy questions.
Can you serve multiple properties?
Multiple addresses or staged work can be discussed. Each property’s scope, route, price, and appointment availability are confirmed; recurring work does not guarantee priority or a fixed schedule.
Can building insurance paperwork be arranged?
Certificate of Insurance and other building requirements should be reviewed before scheduling so the needed paperwork and access conditions can be confirmed.
