What's the smallest job you'll take?
One item. A single chair, a mini fridge or a few bags in the alley all count. We'll confirm your exact price before the job, and it covers the truck, the crew and disposal.
How much counts as a small pickup?
Roughly one bulky item or a handful of smaller ones. If it fills more space, the price is based on how much of the truck it uses. We confirm the price before we load anything.
Is there a cheaper option for one item?
Sometimes. If your home has City of Chicago garbage service, you can set a large item out next to your cart on your regular collection day, or check with CHI 311 for the current rules. You'll need to move it to the alley or curb yourself, and buildings with five or more units use private haulers. We're the better fit when it needs to come out of the house on a set schedule.
